Why is it ₦75,000 when there are smartwatches for ₦15,000?
Cheaper smartwatches are available. Watch 10 Air is built for buyers who want a larger AMOLED display, Bluetooth calling, longer everyday battery life, IP68 protection and a more substantial smartwatch experience.
Can I pay when the watch arrives?
Yes, if your delivery address is in Lagos. The delivery fee is paid online when you order, then you pay the rider for the watch itself when it arrives.
Can I open the package before paying?
No. Payment is made first, then you open your package. If your watch arrives faulty, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee depends on where you are, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. In Lagos you can pay for the watch on delivery; outside Lagos the order is paid online.
How fast will I get it?
Lagos orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Delivery outside Lagos usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the route.
What happens if I am outside Lagos?
We deliver across Nigeria. Outside Lagos your order is paid online when you order, and we dispatch after payment.
Will it work with my phone?
Yes. Watch 10 Air works with Android 6.0 and above and iOS 11 and above. You connect it through the WearFit Pro app.
Is this an Apple Watch?
No. Watch 10 Air is a GALUXE smartwatch. It is designed as its own product, with Bluetooth calling, a 2.02″ AMOLED display, five to seven days of typical battery life and IP68 protection.
Does the AI need my phone?
Yes. The AI uses your phone’s internet connection, so keep your phone nearby with data on. Everything else on the watch works without it.
What if my watch arrives faulty?
Contact us with your order number and tell us what is wrong. Faulty items are handled case by case, and we will tell you what we can do before you send anything back.
