Covered for a year.
Twelve months from the date you buy, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If one fails we repair or replace it free of charge. Keep your order number as proof of purchase.
Not covered: drops, liquid, misuse, improper storage, repairs by someone else, scratches, corrosion and normal wear. Accessories and consumable parts are excluded. Getting a faulty unit to us is at your cost. Sending the repaired or replaced one back is at ours.

Before you order.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Plug the receiver into your phone, clip the mic on, and open whichever camera or recording app you already use. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign into.
Will it work with my phone?
Both receivers are in the box. USB-C covers Android and the newer iPhones. Lightning covers the older iPhones. You do not have to choose at checkout.
Can two people talk at once?
Yes. Two microphones come in the box and both feed one receiver, which is what you want for an interview or a two-person video. One works on its own when you are filming alone.
Can I pay when it arrives?
Yes, if your delivery address is in Lagos. The delivery fee is paid when you place the order, and you pay for the Nano Mic itself when the rider hands it to you. Outside Lagos, orders are paid in full before dispatch.
How much is delivery?
It depends on where you are, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. Lagos orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
What happens if it arrives faulty?
Contact us with your order number and tell us what is wrong. The Nano Mic carries a twelve month warranty against defects, and the full terms are set out above.
