How your order reaches you, and what to do if something is wrong with it.
Delivery
The delivery fee depends on your address and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Lagos orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
Outside Lagos, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the route.
Paying
In Lagos you can pay for your watch on delivery. The delivery fee is paid online when you place the order, and you pay the rider for the watch itself when it arrives.
Outside Lagos, orders are paid online in full when you order, and we dispatch after payment.
If something is wrong
If your watch arrives with a factory error, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the fault, and we’ll confirm the next step before you send anything back.
This covers manufacturing faults, not a change of mind.
