These terms apply when you buy from Galuxe through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Nigerian naira. The delivery fee depends on your address and is shown at checkout, so the price you pay is the total shown there before payment. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
Payment
You can pay by card, transfer or USSD through Paystack, or choose pay on delivery for Lagos addresses. Orders outside Lagos are paid for online before dispatch. For pay on delivery, payment is made first, then you open your package.
Delivery
Lagos orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day; after 1pm, the next working day. Delivery outside Lagos usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the route.
Faults and returns
If your item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will tell you what we can do. This does not affect your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law. Damage caused after delivery is not covered.
