Galuxe sells smartwatches and gadgets from Lagos, Nigeria, through this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, and what we do with that information.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, an optional second phone number, email address, and your delivery address, including your state, local government area and a nearby landmark. We collect these for one purpose: to deliver your order and reach you about it.
Payments
Card, transfer and USSD payments are processed by Paystack. Your card details go directly to Paystack over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.
Who we share it with
Your delivery details are shared with the logistics partner that delivers your order, and your payment is processed by Paystack. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep your cart and checkout working. We do not run advertising trackers unless we tell you otherwise on this page.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty support and our legal and accounting obligations.
